The Conner Law Group successfully completed a commercial real estate development transaction in Perry, Ga., for the parent company of the Flash Foods convenience store chain.
Flash Foods traces its origins corner grocery store in Folkston, Ga., and now operates more than 175 stores in Georgia and Florida and distributes its own grocery products and motor fuels via its own transports to all of its retail locations.
The Conner Law Group was retained as corporate counsel by the Flash Foods parent company, The Jones Company, in 2014 in preparation for the brand’s expansion into markets. The Jones Company designs and builds its own stores and manages its real estate and subsidiary companies, including Flash Foods Inc., Fuel South Inc., Walker-Jones Auto Dealership, Jones Company Restaurants, and Distribution South.
