The Conner Law Group’s Managing Partner, Mike Conner, and associate attorney Robert Kutchey are featured faculty members a National Business Institute (NBI) seminar entitled, “Applying the Rules of Evidence: What Every Attorney Needs to Know,” on March 26 in Savannah, Georgia.
Mr. Conner and Mr. Kutchey will be presenting on three areas: Authentication of Social Media and Email Evidence, Hearsay Objections and Exceptions and Witnesses. The seminar is intended to offer attorneys the fundamental knowledge and practical skills to make the best use of evidence and testimony. Mr. Conner and Mr. Kutchey will share their insights into recognizing critical evidence, adhering to qualifying rules, avoiding opposing counsel’s attempts to strike, delivering evidence to the decision maker and introducing the information for optimum impact.
